The Process
Say you loan Frank $10,000. After the repayment due date, you write several demand letters to Frank, all of which are ignored, and you don't know what to do. Either way, once your information is processed, LawyerLetter.ca proceeds to mail the lawyer letter to the debtor, usually allowing about a week for the debtor to respond. Often, the debtor will simply pay the debt outright or contact you or us to settle the dispute.
